Thanks to the combined machines of the BIG line you can obtain a high-quality product by optimizing operating costs, production capacity, space and consumption. Continuous and synchronized production thanks to the perfect internal connection between the heating and the batch freezing cylinders. Each gelato flavor can be individually balanced and ingredients can be added during the heating or the batch freezing phases.
